Our partnered credentialing specialists bring deep experience navigating insurance panels, CAQH, NPIs, and a wide range of payer requirements. Every team member is committed to being attentive and proactive—making sure each application is completed accurately and, when applicable, providing biweekly progress updates.

Because credentialing requirements and pricing vary by payer, some situations may require a custom link after your initial consultation.
CAQH + NPI Setup (bundle) – $50
Why it matters:

Your NPI (National Provider Identifier) is required for every insurance claim.

Your CAQH profile is the database most insurers use to credential you.

If either is set up incorrectly, your applications can be suspended for months.
Estimated Timeline: 1–2 weeks (once documents are provided).
Individual Insurance Credentialing – $175 per payer / $150 each (3+ payers)
Why it matters:

Credentialing connects you to insurance networks so you can bill and get paid.
-
Without it, you cannot accept insured clients.
Estimated Timeline: 60–120 days (varies by payer; Medicaid often longer).
Special Note: Medicaid & Magellan remain $175 on bundle due to additional requirements.
Group Insurance Contracting– $460 per payer (1-2 payers)
Bundled pricing applies when contracting with three (3) or more payers. With our bundled pricing we will waive the individual provider cost and instead charge the discounted bundle rate for payer at the discounted rate! For 3–4 payers, the group rate is discounted by 30%! For 5 or more payers, the group rate is discounted by 50%!
Most commercial insurers require both group credentialing and individual provider credentialing as two separate processes.

1-2 payers = $460 per group app + ̶$̶1̶7̶5̶ $75 Individual payer

3–4 Payers = ̶$̶4̶6̶0̶ 30% off, = $325 per payer only

5+ Payers = ̶ ̶$̶4̶6̶0̶ 50% off, = $235 per payer only
Authorizations – $55 each
Why it matters:

Even after credentialing, you need authorizations for each client before sessions can begin.

Without them, services provided may be denied for payment.
Estimated Timeline: 1–2 weeks after credentialing approval.
Single Case Agreements (SCA) – $125
Why it matters:

SCAs allow you to serve clients out-of-network when no providers are available in-network.

You can negotiate higher or specialized rates, expanding your client base.
Estimated Timeline: 2–6 weeks (approval depends on payer and medical necessity).
EFT Setup – $50
Why it matters:

Ensures insurance payments go directly to your bank account, instead of mailed checks.
-
Reduces payment delays and lost checks.
Estimated Timeline: 1–2 weeks (payer-dependent).
ERA/EOD Add-On – $25
Why it matters:

Provides an itemized breakdown of claims, payments, and denials.

Essential for identifying and correcting billing errors quickly.
Estimated Timeline: 1–2 weeks, usually paired with EFT setup.
Deadlines & Expectations

Pre-Application Documentation must be provided within 14 days of request.

Missing deadlines may result in canceled applications and re-submission fees.

Two-week follow-ups are included on all applications at no cost.

Our specialist works diligently to keep applications moving — but timelines also depend on insurance company responsiveness.
