This option is for providers applying to three or more insurance payers. Selecting this bundle activates a discounted rate per payer as part of our multi-application savings. If you are applying to only one or two insurance networks, please return to the single application option, as this bundle is not applicable to smaller submissions.

Use the dropdown menu to select each payer you’d like credentialed, and add each one to your cart individually. For example, if you’re applying to Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare, select each payer one at a time and add them all to your cart.

If you’re credentialing multiple providers, increase the quantity (+) to match the number of individuals being credentialed.

Estimated Timeline:
14–120 days per payer (varies by network; Medicaid applications may take longer).
