Application for Credentialing (Individual or Group Providers)
This option covers credentialing with one or two insurance payers. If you are applying to more than two networks, please use the Credentialing Bundle option instead.

Add this item to your cart for each payer you want credentialed. For example, if you’re applying to both Aetna and UnitedHealthcare, select the first payer from the dropdown menu and add it to your cart, then repeat the process for the second. If you’re purchasing credentialing for multiple providers, increase the quantity (+) to match the number of individuals being credentialed.

Estimated Timeline:
14–120 days per payer (varies by network; Medicaid applications may take longer).
