Credentialing Consultation
Service Description
This Follow-Up Consultation is designed for providers who have already completed their initial consultation and submitted their applications but need continued monitoring, updates, or adjustments to ensure successful completion. This option applies when the credentialing process extends beyond the standard timeline due to circumstances outside of the provider’s control and additional consultation is required beyond what was originally included. During this session, we’ll review your current credentialing status, identify any missing information or payer feedback, and make necessary corrections or re-submissions to keep your process moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
All credentialing services provided on behalf of The Applied Behavior Academy, LLC are completed with professionalism and care; however, final approval decisions are made solely by the insurance companies and cannot be guaranteed. Applications will be submitted within five (5) business days of receiving all required documentation, and clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information. All required documentation must be submitted to the credentialing specialist within fourteen (14) days of request. If documentation is not submitted within this timeframe and the insurance company cancels or drops the application, the client will be responsible for an additional fee of up to fifty percent (50%) of the original cost for a new application to be created and resubmitted. Delays, denials, or cancellations resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information, missed deadlines, or late responses are the responsibility of the client and may require resubmission at full cost. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, and deposits are forfeited if the client terminates services prior to completion. The Applied Behavior Academy, LLC maintains strict confidentiality with all client information and uses such information only for credentialing purposes. Scope of services is limited to application preparation, submission, and follow-up, unless additional services are contracted separately.
