Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment - Advance registration is required for all CPR and BLS classes. - A deposit is required to reserve your class date and time. - The remaining balance is collected on the day of class. - Your registration is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. - Please make sure you select the correct course when registering. If you are unsure whether you need BLS or Heartsaver CPR/AED, please contact us before booking. - Groups may consist entirely of your own team or may be made up of a mixed group joining a scheduled class. - Group pricing is based on the number of participants registered together and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. Scheduled Classes - Scheduled classes are generally held at our local 78741-area location. - Class sizes are kept small to allow adequate space for hands-on practice and equipment. - If you do not have a full group, you may join a scheduled class with other participants to meet the minimum required enrollment. Private & On-Site Training - We can come to your location when your group meets the required minimum number of participants. - On-site classes are private and exclusive to your group. - Your location must have adequate seating, enough space for hands-on training, and appropriate AV equipment, such as a TV or projector. - Reliable Wi-Fi is preferred, particularly for courses that include an online or blended-learning component. - The location must be confirmed and approved in advance. - On-site training dates and times must be reserved in advance with the required deposit. Blended Courses - When a blended course is selected, the required online portion must be completed before the in-person skills session. - Students are responsible for completing the online portion and bringing any required completion certificate to class. - The in-person portion is focused on the required hands-on skills and instructor evaluation. - Please make sure you have reliable internet access when completing the online portion. Attendance & Late Arrivals - Please arrive on time and be prepared to participate in the hands-on portion of the course. - Because CPR training includes required hands-on skills, arriving significantly late may prevent you from completing the course that day. - If you know you will be late or cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
