Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the platform, users agree to these terms.

The Applied Behavior Academy serves as a marketplace platform connecting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with individuals pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification. It does not provide supervision services directly or employ supervisors.

Supervisees must maintain a valid payment method, authorize payment holds, and pay the full supervision rate set by their supervisor plus applicable processing fees.

The Applied Behavior Academy may remove documents from the platform after 3 months of account inactivity. Users are responsible for downloading and saving copies of all documents to their own devices or storage.

Supervisees are solely responsible for meeting BACB Experience Standards, accurately tracking and documenting supervision activities, and maintaining compliance with BACB ethics and professional conduct standards.

If a supervisor's BACB certification becomes inactive, their account is immediately suspended, no new supervisee requests can be accepted, and existing supervisees are notified.
